Early Program Application Deadline

Final Program Application and Scholarship Application Deadline

Withdrawal Deadline
February 1st
The Withdrawal Deadline gives participants the opportunity to withdraw their study abroad application before any money has been spent by ÑÇÖÞɫͼ State to reserve airline tickets, accommodations, and other necessary ÑÇÖÞɫͼ expenses. If a participant knows they will not be able to participate in the ÑÇÖÞɫͼ for any reason (financial, academic, personal, etc.), they should withdraw before the withdrawal deadline in order to avoid incurring any charges to their ÑÇÖÞɫͼ State account. See the complete withdrawal policy on the Policies and Procedures page. Anyone withdrawing after the withdrawal deadline will be charged a withdrawal fee, up to the full cost of the ÑÇÖÞɫͼ.
Post-Acceptance Forms

Once accepted to a study abroad ÑÇÖÞɫͼ, students will be asked to complete various post-acceptance forms. These forms will request information regarding a student's medical information, passport details, photo, insurance documentation, etc. Forms requesting a student's flight information or passport details may be uploaded after the due date if those documents are not yet available. However, they must be turned in 30 days before departure.
Non-Compliance Fees
A non-refundable $250 non-compliance fee will be charged to a student's account for any outstanding post-acceptance forms
the Monday after ÑÇÖÞɫͼ orientation (not including flight and passport information forms).
A non-refundable $250 non-compliance fee will be charged for outstanding flight and passport information forms 30 days prior to ÑÇÖÞɫͼ departure.
Orientation

There is a mandatory pre-departure orientation for all study abroad ÑÇÖÞɫͼs. Parents and loved ones are encouraged to attend orientation with their student participants.
Students on provider ÑÇÖÞɫͼs (KIIS, CCSA, GLO, CEA CAPA, ISA, USAC, etc.) will attend the orientation hosted by the ÑÇÖÞɫͼ provider.
Canvas Orientation Deadline

All students studying abroad, regardless of ÑÇÖÞɫͼ provider, must complete the online orientation through the Canvas system. You will receive more details about the online orientation when you are added to the Canvas course after your acceptance to the ÑÇÖÞɫͼ.

Students wanting to participate in a ÑÇÖÞɫͼ State-led ÑÇÖÞɫͼ should apply by no later than December 1st. Scholarship applications for ÑÇÖÞɫͼ State-led ÑÇÖÞɫͼs are also due at the same time.
